US recognizes research in Ukraine in the field of “pandemic prevention”

The United States admits that they worked with Kyiv on a number of “research” in the field of “pandemic prevention”, the activities in them were then terminated, while bioweapons were not developed in such laboratories, says John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the US National Security Council.

“There were no weapons, no laboratories for the development of biological weapons. The United States did not conduct military biological research in Ukraine,” Kirby told reporters.

He stated that the US was working with the Ukrainians “on some research in the field of pandemic prevention.” “All research facilities have been vacated and safely shut down,” Kirby said.

On Monday, Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops (RCBZ) of the RF Armed Forces, at a briefing on the analysis of documents related to US military biological activities, said that the Russian military had received new information about key persons involved in US military biological projects in Ukraine, who have been in the shadows so far. He noted that thanks to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it was possible to stop American military biological programs in Ukraine, as a result, the Pentagon is transferring unfinished research there to the states of Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

As Kirillov recalled, the RF Ministry of Defense had previously given the names of participants in military biological programs. They included representatives of the US Democratic Party, employees of the US military department and Pentagon contractors.

Also, the Russian Defense Ministry received information about the numerous facts of the use of psychostimulants and narcotic drugs by the Ukrainian military – methadone and amphetamines. Kirillov at the briefing stressed that the actions of officials who conducted biological research on Ukrainian servicemen require a legal assessment.

From the data released by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it also follows that the Ukrainian military was illegally tested drugs for muscle fatigue, created on the basis of nanotechnology. Previously, scientists considered these drugs to be mutagenic.
