The National Institute of Educational Studies and Research (Inep) will publish today (22) the results of requests for exemption for the National High School Exam (Enem). They will be made available on the participant’s page.
People who have been denied applications can appeal. The procedure must be done between the next Monday (25) to Friday of the other week (29). The results of the resource reviews will be released on May 6th.
Those who are in their last year at a public school, who completed their entire high school education in public institutions or who attended high school as full scholarship holders in private schools could apply for exemption.
Another condition is that the family has an income per capita [renda por cabeça] less than the amount equivalent to a minimum wage and a half. Students from families registered in the Cadastro Único of social programs of the federal government are also entitled.
The results of the requests of those who obtained exemption for the Enem 2021, but did not take the test, will also be released, a procedure called justification of absence.
Granting an exemption or accepting a justification of absence does not guarantee enrollment in the test. The student in these situations must register on the participant’s page, according to the requirements presented on the website.
