Capital of São Paulo keeps vaccination sites open on holiday

Because of the Tiradentes holiday, celebrated tomorrow (21), there will be changes in the operation of many services in the capital of São Paulo until next Sunday (24). Banks, for example, will not have service this Thursday, but branches reopen.normally on Friday.

Paulista parks and tent will only apply doses of vaccines against covid-19 and flu for eligible age groups. At the pharmacy, immunization will only be against covid-19.

Rotation and mobility

The municipal car rotation will be suspended for cars on Thursday and Friday. The other restrictions will be maintained on Friday: rotation of heavy vehicles (trucks); Maximum Restriction Zone for Truck Circulation and Maximum Restriction Zone for Charters.

The circulation of buses on the holiday will be equivalent to that of a Saturday, but the following day, the fleet will be on a working day.

All lines of Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos will operate on Thursday from 4 am to midnight, with average intervals scheduled for Sundays. On Friday, the operation will be a normal business day. On Saturday and Sunday, the average intervals will be the normal ones programmed for these days.

On Thursday, Metro lines 1-Blue, 2-Green, 3-Red and 15-Silver will operate on a Saturday. On Friday, the operation will be normal, as on any business day. On Saturday and Sunday, the offer of trains will be similar to that of a Saturday. The operation will also be monitored throughout the holiday to make more trains available, according to demand.

Saves time

Poupatempo service stations remain closed from tomorrow until Sunday. On Monday, all units will return to normal operation for face-to-face service, subject to mandatory prior scheduling of date and time by digital platforms.
