Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing from different channels, scheduling, conducting walk-ins, negotiation, Fitment, getting approvals, joining formalities of the candidates). nInteraction with Practice Heads and gather requirements and plan for delivery. nProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports nAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process n
Roles & Responibilities
“As a Senior Functional Executive, you are responsible for end-to-end in respective area of work. You should be able to interface with stakeholders, resolve the queries/problem and provide input for improvement areas.You are expected to identify the reporting model/details and frequency of reporting. You are expected to guide new members in the team and help them scale up faster.”
