Responsible for the effective and consistent manager and implementation of Payroll business processes, functions and procedures and monitors Payroll HR projects and workflow. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment on establishing departmental operation goals, standards, policies and procedures.

Provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and efficient Payroll function which delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services. Manage the implementation, development and maintenance of the global Payroll services for LATAM. A key priority will be to ensure the deployment of new system across LatAm and a consistency in delivery as far as possible whilst acknowledging differences for a Brand where appropriate.


  • Responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of payroll business processes, functions and procedures and monitors payroll projects and workflow. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment on establishing departmental operation goals, standards, policies and procedures.
  • Leads a standardization across the brands/countries using the best practices in the brands to attend business needs, also using global templates as baseline.
  • Leads, coaches and support payroll team to ensure delivery of payroll services
  • Have ability to implement a cross brand process ensuring an adequate knowledge transfer across the bands.
  • Strong background to implement a cross brand/cross country system/process with new provider.
  • Ensures legal compliance at a country level.
  • Supports the development and roll out of technology systems, to enhance the payroll services proposition.
  • Develops key relationships with other HR Operations fellow to ensure consistency of the service proposition.
  • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of the drivers of business performance from a people perspective.
  • Contributes to the development of global HR Strategy.
  • Uses country and HR insight to influence change initiatives.
  • Develops and delivers payroll solutions to meet the business requirements in line with the overall HR plan.
  • Participates in CSenior Management meetings.
  • Ensures that the organisation culture, values and environment support and enhance organisation performance and flexibility.
  • Works with HR Operations leads in other markets to ensure as much global standardisation of processes as possible.
  • This position interacts with other departments, administrators and staff LatAm-wide cross brands. This position coordinates the work produced by HR Generalists, Specialists and other department staff to ensure completion of projects and service delivery.
  • Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs, working closely with Payroll, HRBPs and COEs.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to a portfolio of payroll teams cross countries to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of payroll services to Brands clients and their employees.
  • Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements developing people and processes that supports CHRS vision, mission and core values.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and labour relations reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • A high level of numeracy skills and good general knowledge of accounting and accrual procedures.
  • Project management skills.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration.


  • Latin American Languages skills.
  • Significant experience of successfully managing and delivery of key HR services and employee relations.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholder groups at all levels within an organisation.
  • Experience of introducing a HRIS system into an organisatio
