Client Services and Sales – Brazil Cotia, Sao Paulo
Purpose : leads sales efforts for all product and builds integrated solutions to client needs to drive sales across all Sales Effectiveness Practice in Brazil. Key priorities include:
Driving full sales cycle: expanding business with the existing client portfolio, proactively identifying sales opportunities based on client strategic priorities, networking and developing partnerships with external stakeholders
Build and maintain strong networking and C-suite engagement with key players & Sales personas across broad base of client targets.
Develop diagnoses of current client business issues using Nielsen knowledge and tools, networking and client meetings and drive proactively sales by linking these issues to Nielsen solutions.
Develop and deploy toolkits to most common business issues integrating various Nielsen solutions into a seamless approach increasing the effectiveness of Nielsen Sales efforts.
Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to increase Nielsen solutions penetration and sales potential.
Responsible for developing case studies & client testimonials. Present at client/ Retailer events, external industry events providing insights and knowledge of the Consumer Goods and Retail industry and how Nielsen solutions can help solve client business issues.
Train other Nielsen associates on delivering integrated solutions, and identify client needs more effectively.
Responsible for the business plan for it’s unit, tracking financial performance, pipeline and acts when necessary to guarantee the delivery of the plan.
Works continuously with all Nielsen internal areas to ensure that leads and opportunities are picked up, pertinent information about clients is shared and the relevant people are consulted and/or informed of key activities.
Team Management, coaching and training.
Preferred MBA and Post graduate.
6+ years of professional experience.
Experience in Consumer Goods industries working with Sales and Trade marketing areas or in management consulting.
Knowledge in sales processes.
Excellent business English and Portuguese, both verbal and written.
Proven sales acumen.
Strong analytical skills.
