Job Summary

Manage the sales activities of your region, co-defining and enforcing the guidelines and strategies for the exposure and sale of the products through an action plan that results in volume and profitability in accordance with the company’s general strategic plan. competitors to recommend changes to the company’s sales objectives, programs and policies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring and Business Development:
Build and manage relationships with key players in the customer (s) or RE on the regional and / or store level.
Conduct negotiations as needed (lists, planograms, exhibitions, promotion, execution etc) at regional level, office and / or shop
Coordination of special events (communication, store management materials etc.) in collaboration with Shopper development manager
Customer service for order tracking, troubleshooting and customer service KPI reach.
Support with logistics to plan, analyze and forecast customer needs to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Sales tracking and distribution performance for new products
Monitor competitive activity at the storage level, recording and consolidating key activities, monitoring speed and breadth of distribution, identifying competitive best practices for proactive and strategic / tactical response.

Management of people in stores:
Shop visits to identify areas for improvement
Monitoring of performance and objectives, providing continuous training, feedback and data-based assessments
Review of customer field development and Merchandiser itineraries (location, frequency, duration vs. plan) and functions to ensure optimal deployment of the limited resource
Guarantee training, update on new products, promotions and merchandising objectives in the store. Identification of training needs and development of training plans with the team leader.
Work with BDM to develop tools, merchandising materials and programs for effective shelf management
Supervise consistent and accurate collection of data to allow tracking of 5P vs target performance

In-store compliance:
Communicate objectives in the store and monitor the implementation of the goals 5P: product availability, variety of store format, shelf prices (regular and promoted), implementation of promotion vs plan, part of the shelf and planogram, POP placement vs plan

CBP – planning and pre-evaluation client:
Development of 18-month rolling lanes, joint, business plans (baseline and promotions) covering sales, volume and profitability at the PPG / SKU level and incorporating the objectives and strategy of the customers
Evaluate 5P activities using what-if analysis and use other team resources as needed (eg manager manager input / supply chain financial services)
Presentation of preliminary business plans for clients and refinement of plans with their entry
Allocation of total commercial investment to customers in 5P activities aligned with RE / brand strategies,
Development of action plans to close customer gaps
Identifying the ongoing profitability implications of customer plans for customers, bringing stock / solution ideas with customers (when it is desirable)
Updating customer plans to reflect the change in retail and competitive environment

CBP – Client Execution:
Approval of customers to perform 5P activities for customers
Monitoring compliance with the implementation of the 5P activity against established agreements / objectives and ranges of performance of 5P activities to identify deficiencies / potential against established objectives
Identification of causes of poor performance of 5P internal and external activities for Colgate
Development and pre-evaluation of corrective action plans for 5P activities

CBP – planning and pre-evaluation client:
Collection of information about the external environment (eg, competing activity) during the promotion period
Conduct of post-evaluation analysis based on details of activity and comparison of results with previous evaluation in the analysis
Identification of post-evaluation insights in the analysis and incorporation of learning in the future client / ER strategy

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Basic requirements include:
Fluent Portuguese
Advanced English
6/7 years of experience in the Commercial area
